Everyone goes through a slump with food – for me, it’s now. My one-bedroom apartment, cozily filled with couch-crashing roommates, is hot. I mean, HOT. On the other hand, it’s summer! Full of fresh fruits and veggies, summertime meals, evening cocktails and lighthearted stories. Lucky for me, I have found the antidotes to my food laziness!
