I’m taking a (random) poll…just for fun! Answer in the comments…
1. During this holiday season will you be single or in a relationship?
2. What are your favorite holiday traditions (involving food of course)?
3. Will it be a white Christmas (and/or holiday season)?
And….go.
The Final Dish:
1. Single…again (and totally okay with that…really, I swear.)
2. Hmmm…I’d say it’s a tie between my hometown friends’ annual Christmas party with edible arts and crafts, drinking eggnog on my sister’s couch and waiting for Santa and playing Catch Phrase with my family while drinking lots of (cheap…yup that’s how we roll) champagne.
3. Oh, I hope!

1. Relationship for 30 years!
2. None of us likes to cook so on Christmas Eve the entire family goes to the grocery store and buys all our favorite foods (junk food that is). We get all, no holding back, the fixings plus for hoagies, freetos, chips, dips, cinnabons and fancy sodas and beers…the whole nine yards. Then Christmas day we set it all out on fancy holiday platters and eat on it all day. It’s great. One of my favorite memories is of the dog eating the meat platter one year when we weren’t looking…
3. White, for sure!

1). Married 2 years. 1 little girl (3 months).
2). My parents make these amazing sausage and cheese balls on Christmas morning. They’re basically toasted cholesterol, but absolutely fantastic.
3). Would be nice to have a white Christmas this year.

1) Relationship - 3+ years
2) Every Christmas Eve we have an Italian feast! Wedding Soup, lasagna, egg plant parm, fresh pasta. MMM. Then Christmas Day there are not even any words to describe the array of foods that fill our house.
3) I would LOVE a white Christmas

1. Single - just like wcdish. I swear - I’m fine about it.
2.Picking up my pork and other goodies at Mancuso’s in East Goshen. They always do an awesome business for Christmas and everybody is busy and friendly and frantic in the place when you go in to pick-up. Place your order about a week ahead of time. Enjoy their friendly service and good food….
3. A White Christmas Eve is perfect. I hope it stops snowing by Christmas day so my mom doesn’t freak out about driving 20 minutes to get to my house - I want it to look pretty but not cause road headaches for my dad!!

1. She married the hell out of me.
2. The moment my kids up and and run to the presents under the tree. We all eat up the yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies (the ones Santa didn’t finish) while sipping hot chocolate (Me, I drink a strong cup of Kimberton Roasting Company coffee).
3. White Christmas in this area is overrated. The last one we had messed up our holiday dinner that night - too slippery to venture out. And besides, you know we Pennsy people can’t handle rain or snow from behind the wheel!

1. Single
2. Either go to one of the fine restaurants in the area or hangout at home with my family and eat lots of seafood and try red wine while trying to stay awake.
3. Boy it sure would be great!
