Better to drink something that gives you pleasure and helps to lubricate the wheels of sociability, than to eat stuff that does nothing more than confirm the idea appetite can be sated with nothing more than grease, sugar and a recognizable brand image.
And what of those calories? If you consume too many on Saturday, cut back on Sunday.
